Join us for a great morning of family fun and support for the Children's Fund of the Frontenac Children's Aid Society
Race Kit Pickup: Saturday, June 20, 10am-4pm at Runners' Choice or Race Day at YMCA
Race Day Schedule:
8:00-9:00am - Registration
9:00am - Opening Ceremony/Aerobic Warm-up
9:15am - 1k start
9:30am - 5k start
10:30am-12noon - BBQ/Awards/Draw Prizes
Special Run for Elementary Schools:
Teachers and students in the Limestone Board are encouraged to take part in Ks4Kids by having their own race on Friday, June 19th
during their physical activity session. Pledge forms and race organization tips are
available at www.Ks4Kids.ca. Medals and awards are available.
(ENTRY FEE WAIVED FOR LIMESTONE BOARD STUDENTS.)
The "Golden Running Shoe":
Organizations in the Kingston Community are being challenged to gather as many
employees, family and friends as possible and join in a friendly competition.
Should you have the largest number of participants in Ks4Kids, you will be
crowned the winner and will be awarded the highly coveted “Golden Running Shoe”.

During the awards ceremony, two Kingston secondary school
students will be receiving $500.00 bursaries from the Kingston Road Runners Association,
The recipients of the KRRA bursaries this year are Charly Allan of KCVI and Rosanna
Beattie of Frontenac S.S. Both have been dedicated runners at their respective schools in addition
to enriching their schools and the community through a high level of volunteerism.
