    Join us for a great morning of family fun and support for the Children's Fund of the Frontenac Children's Aid Society

    Race Day Schedule:
    8:00-9:00am - Registration
    9:00am - Opening Ceremony/Aerobic Warm-up
    9:15am - 1k start
    9:30am - 5k start
    10:30am-12noon - BBQ/Awards/Draw Prizes

    During the awards ceremony, two Kingston secondary school students will be receiving $500.00 bursaries from the Kingston Road Runners Association.
