Come out and celebrate the summer solstice with a short run on a long day.
The second annual Reddendale Ramble will be held on Saturday, June 16th. There is a 1500m youth event and an open 5k. The course is accurate, scenic, flat and fast (just ask all those that ran PB's at this event in 2011, and yes, it is dead accurate, not short.) Entry fee is $20 for the Ramble 5k and $5 for the youth run. The youth run will start at 6 PM with the Ramble 5k going at 6:30 PM. This race is held on the Saturday closest to the summer solstice. Once again we will award custom trophies to the top three male and female runners and the top masters. New for 2012: custom 'Ramble' medallions for the top three in each age group, check them out on the website.
