KRRA Race Series Results

The 2012 Series Standings will become available in early 2012.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Effective July 1st, the 2012 Race Series standings includes ONLY those KRRA Members who registered by July 1, 2012. ONLY these athletes are eligible for Race Series Awards.

Series points are tabulated as follows:
Top Ten Score : 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 points are awarded subject to the following multipliers. This applies to both Overall results and Age Group results. In addition KRRA members who finish in 11th or lower in their age group will receive a point for participation.

  • Resolution Run = 1.5X
  • Twosome Run = 1.5X
  • Limestone Weekend: 5K = 1.5X, 10K = 1X, 21K = 2X
  • Beat Beethoven = 2X
  • Ks4Kids = 1X
  • Limestone Mile = 1.5X
  • Brockville Half Marathon = 1X
  • Run With The Wild = 1X
  • Great-West Life Flight at Fort Fright 5k = 1X
  • Anniversary Run = 1.5X

    Then you take a runner's best 6 point scores and add them up for a series total.

    Tie Breaker:
     1) number of races needed to achieve point total
     2) compare how the tied runners did in head to head competition.
    If still tied, consider it a tie and prize is split.
