DESCRIPTION:KRRA Resolution Run\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Event Details\n				Please join us for the first race of the KRRA season\, the 8km Resolution Run in support of Partners in Mission (Kingston) Foodbank. The race this year is being held from the Royal Kingston Curling Club\, 130 Days Rd\, with a double-loop race route through the Reddendale area. It’s a winter wonderland so be sure to dress in layers and expect anything from sunny skies\, to arctic cold and to tricky footing.   \nPLEASE DO NOT WEAR OUTDOOR SHOES INSIDE THE CURLING CLUB. BRING A PAIR OF INDOOR SHOES OR PREPARE TO WEAR ONLY SOCKS. \nThis running event is part of the KRRA RACE SERIES. Series points awarded for this Race are 75 overall\, and 15 points for age category. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Location & Schedule\n				8:30am:  Race day kit pick-up at the Royal Kingston Curling Club 130 Days Road\, Kingston\, ON\, K7M 9G410:00am: Race starts in the parking lot of RG Sinclair Public School.11:45am: Awards commence (approximately)\, at Royal Kingston Curling Club. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Registration\n				4K & 8K runner registration is $40 until December 11th. $45 thereafter. $5 discount for 2027 KRRA Members.There is no Race Day registration. \nRegistration is located on the Trackie platform. Registration link will be active once it is live.Once open\, don’t delay. Beanes are limited. Don’t miss out. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Awards & Prizes\n				8K Race: Awards for Top 3 Female and Top 3 Male athletes. Top 3 Age Category prizes for 10-and-under\, 11-19\, 20-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60-69\, and 70+. Middle of the Pack Award. Numerous draw prizes available. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Course Description\n				8K Course\n\nStart and finish at RG Sinclair Public School parking lot:\nturn right (south) down Cretar Blvd.\nturn right (west) onto Lakeshore Blvd; following it as it curves north.\nturn left (west) onto Wartman Avenue.\n2K turnarund is just west of Welborne Ave.\nhead back to startline.\nrepeat the course out to the turnaround.\nreturn to the finish line to complete the 8K.\n\nWhen finished the race\, return the Curling Club for drinks\, snacks\, and the Awards Ceremony. \nDO NOT WEAR OUTDOOR SHOES INTO THE CURLING CLUB.
