Kids’ Mile XC Course

Race starts at Landings Golf Course, follow path to road; left onto grass between trees at airport entrance; follow footpath and pylons to the halfway mark; loop around tall grass & shrubs; return same route.

Round the Airport 10K Course

Race starts at Landings Golf Course, at the Kingston’s Norman Rogers Airport; left (east) onto Front Rd; left (north) up Bayridge Drive; left (west) on Coverdale Rd (west); left into Lemoine Pt (south); turn right across to path parallel to parking lot (west); footpath down to water; run along shore, stay left at fork; follow path out of Lemoine Pt; left (west) onto Front Rd; right onto Old Front Rd; left (west) onto Front Rd at the bottom of Bayridge heading back to the airport; right back into the airport; right onto final footpath stretch.

10K registration is $40; with the first 150 earning a long-sleeve tech racing shirt. Registration for the Kids 1-Miler is $7, with a limited number of spots.

Kids 1 Miler:  Awards for Top 3 Female and Top 3 Male athletes (no age categories, max age is 12). Ribbons for all.

10K Race: Awards for Top 3 Female and Top 3 Male athletes. Top 3 Age Category prizes for 10-and-under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Numerous draw prizes available.
